We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA guidance. That means clear headings, readable text sizes, strong colour contrast, descriptive text on images, keyboard-friendly navigation and plain language wherever we can manage it.
Information in other formats
We can provide our information as Easy Read, large print, over the phone or in person. We can also arrange an interpreter, or work with your preferred communication method or device.
Accessible supports
When we plan activities and outings, we check accessibility first — venue access, amenities, transport, noise levels and quiet spaces — so nobody misses out.
