Community Participation

We support people to get out and about — markets, cafés, the local pool, libraries, parks and everything in between. It is about being seen, known and welcomed in your own neighbourhood, with a support worker alongside you for as much or as little help as you need.

Group-Based Activities

Our groups stay small on purpose. Cooking sessions, games, creative activities, sport and social days give people the chance to share a laugh, try something new and build real friendships rather than just filling in a day.

1:1 Community Access

Some days are best one-on-one. We match you with a worker who gets you, then build the outing around your goals and interests — whether that is a footy game, the shops, a swim, a haircut or a quiet coffee.

Life Skills & Independence

Cooking a meal, doing the shopping, using public transport, managing money, keeping a space tidy, making a phone call. We practise real skills in real situations, at your pace, and we celebrate every try.

Pathways to Employment

For people thinking about work, we help with the building blocks — reliability, teamwork, communication, task routines, volunteering and work experience — so the step into employment feels achievable rather than overwhelming.

Social & Recreational Activities

Footy training, bowling, live events, wildlife parks, museums, movie days and big group outings. These are the experiences people talk about for weeks afterwards, and they are a huge part of who we are.

Transport With Your Supports

Transport connected to your supports can be included, so getting to the hub, an activity or an appointment is never the reason something does not happen. We also use travel time to build confidence with buses and trains where that is a goal.

Respite / Short-Term Accommodation

Our respite supports give participants a safe, engaging change of scenery while their usual carers take a well-earned break. Days are filled with familiar activities, good company and the same person-centred approach families trust us with.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

We provide Supported Independent Living (SIL) for participants who want to build daily living skills in a shared or individual home environment. Our team supports with cooking, cleaning, personal care, routines and community connection — always respecting choice, privacy and independence.

Our approach

Supports aren't one-size-fits-all

We work around the person — their goals, abilities, interests and support needs. That means we adjust the pace, the group size, the activity and the level of hands-on help so it fits, and we keep checking in as things change. Along the way we actively encourage choice and independence, because the aim is always for someone to do more for themselves, not to rely on us.
