We collect only the information we need to provide safe, appropriate supports — such as your name, contact details, suburb, NDIS plan management type, goals, and any support needs you choose to share with us.
Our website enquiry form
Our enquiry form only asks for basic contact and support-preference details. Please don't send medical, diagnostic or other sensitive information through the public website — we'll discuss those things with you privately once we're in touch.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, plan and deliver your supports, keep accurate service records, and meet our obligations as a disability support provider. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Sharing information
We share information only with your consent, or where we are required or permitted by law — for example, with your support coordinator or plan manager where you've asked us to, or where there is a serious risk to someone's safety.
Photos and media
Participant photos are only published with photo and media consent, which can be withdrawn at any time. If you'd like an image removed, contact us and we'll take it down.
