Speaking up is always okay
You have the right to make choices, ask questions, give feedback or make a complaint — and doing so will never affect the supports you receive.
We would genuinely rather hear about a problem than have someone put up with it. If something isn't working, if you're unhappy with a worker or an activity, or if you have an idea to make things better, please tell us.
You can raise something yourself, or ask a family member, advocate or support coordinator to do it for you. You can do it in person, over the phone, by email — or anonymously if you prefer.
Tell Together in Ability
We'll acknowledge your feedback, talk it through with you, and let you know what we're doing about it.
External complaint pathways
You can always go straight to an independent body — you don't have to come to us first.
